New TS3 Server << GS News

Hi guys,
I have set us up a new Teamspeak 3 server. I think we should all give this a go, considering how much better it is than it's predecessor.
It's a nice alternative to skype for the fact that everyone is a client to the server rather than a player having to host a call and thus having their ping suffer from it. I have setup the server to support 64 clients connecting, so there will definitely be no problem in having many clients talking at one time.
To connect to the new server you will need to download the new TS3 beta client from HERE. (you will need to download the client, x32 or x64 depending on your' operating system)
Once you have downloaded and installed start it up and set up your' user details. Once that's done then just go to our homepage and click the IP address link you see in the Teamspeak menu on the right hand side.
Guest clients to the teamspeak server have permissions to create temporary sub channels with passwords, so if you wish to have a room for you and your buddies feel free to set one up, I only ask of you that you setup the sub channel under the appropriate game room.
Teamspeak 3 is fairly new to the web so I am still in thwe process of learning the ropes, so just bare with me on that point

Merry Christmas and Goodbye 2009! << GS News

Dear readers,
On behalf of GS, have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Thanks to knightscross for the ajusted christmas carols
Let it Snow GS Version
Oh the weather outside in Alps1 is frightful,
But the campfire has so many targets near it, that it’s so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
On the signal lets drop them like stones, and bury them all six feet below!
The battle doesn't show signs of slowing,
And I've bought some sticky’s for some cunning GS stalking,
But the lights are turned way down low,
That I cannot even tell which way to bloody go!
When we finally end the missions fight,
How we’ll look back on our stats with delight!
But if your deaths are more that your kills,
Then you need to take practice more if you want to stay in the GS Crew.
The fires from the destroyed vehicles are slowly dying,
And, my dear, we're still sniping,
But as long as the GS Clan is on show,
Let click onto the nextmap and go, go go!
